This Privacy Policy explains what data Lexargo ("we", "us") collects when you use lexargo.com (the "Service") and how we use it. We collect as little as possible. Lexargo is operated by its founder from Uzbekistan and is the data controller for the data described here; contact: support@lexargo.com.
To provide classification results, operate and secure the Service, process payments, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data. Our lawful bases (where the GDPR applies) are performance of your request and any contract with you, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service.
Classification results are generated by an AI model as a non-binding suggestion. This is not a solely automated decision producing legal effects about you — you review the result and decide which code to declare, and the legally final tariff code is determined by the competent customs authority. Do not submit personal data or confidential information you don't want processed to produce a result.

Product inputs may be cached to speed up repeat lookups and improve reliability. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and delete or anonymize it thereafter. You can request deletion of data associated with you (see Contact).
The Service itself uses essential local storage for settings and access. Our payment provider may set cookies necessary for checkout. We do not use advertising trackers.
Depending on your location (including the EU/EEA and UK under the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export (data portability) your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, contact us at support@lexargo.com — we aim to respond within 30 days.
Our providers may process data in other countries. We rely on those providers' safeguards for such transfers.
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and is intended for business use.
